Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research materials, Auxo Bio maintains a strict return and refund policy.

01All Sales Final

All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once shipped.

02Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

You must contact us within 3–5 days of delivery. To process a claim, include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may:

• Send a replacement
• Issue a refund at our discretion

03Shipping Issues

Auxo Bio is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Customs or import issues

04Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

05Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
